We’re proud of what our attorneys at Bluestein Attorneys accomplish in their professional lives, and we’re thrilled to share the recent recognition of Allison Sullivan and Clarke Newton as 2018 Legal Elite of the Midlands by Columbia Business Monthly!
CBM offers the Legal Elite recognition to honor attorneys in the Midlands who are considered to be outstanding in their practice areas by their peers.
Clarke Newton was recognized for his work in the area of Personal Injury. He has also represented clients in the areas of Criminal Defense, Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death, Wrecks Involving Tractor Trailers, and more. Clarke, who was also recognized in Legal Elite in 2017, has been a member of our team for five years.
Allison Sullivan was recognized for her work in the area of Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury. Allison also represents clients in a variety of practice areas, including Personal Injury, Business Litigation, Mediation, Whistleblower (or Qui Tam) Lawsuits, Wrongful Death, and more. Allison is a partner in our firm, and currently serves as the president of Injured Workers’ Advocates, a nonprofit association dedicated to advancing the interests of injured workers and their families in South Carolina.
Both have been selected for inclusion in Legal Elite in previous years.
The selection process for choosing Legal Elites begins with peer nominations from more than 1,000 active lawyers within the Midlands. Attorney votes narrow those nominees down to a total of 10 in each of 20 practice areas.
We’re delighted to see Clarke and Allison selected for inclusion in this prestigious group. If you are searching for legal representation in Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, VA Disability claims, Medical Malpractice, or any of our other practice areas, we’d be happy to help!
