About Tim Mercer
Tim Mercer focuses his practice exclusively on veterans’ disability law, where he advocates for former service members seeking the benefits they have earned.
He is admitted to the South Carolina and New York State Bars, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Tim holds a B.S. in Aerospace Studies from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and earned his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He is an active member of the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates and the South Carolina Military and Veterans Law Section. Recognized by Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch, Tim brings both legal insight and a strong service-oriented perspective to his work.
