Allison is a certified mediator in both state and federal court. With over two decades of experience in workers’ compensation, personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death, she has a deep understanding of the nuances that arise when disputes are at their most sensitive. She excels at creating a respectful environment and facilitating constructive, solution-oriented dialogue which allows the parties to work through difficult conversations with patience and clarity.

Alternatives to Mediation
In addition to traditional mediation services, we also offer other services to include:
Early Neutral Evaluation (ENE)
- A neutral evaluator gives a non-binding assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of each side’s case.
- Helps parties gain a realistic view of their position, often leading to quicker settlements.
Arbitration
- Can be binding (final and enforceable like a court judgment) or non-binding (advisory only).
- Arbitration of appeals under S.C. Appellate Court Rule 223.
Special Referee
- Must be appointed by the court (either by consent of the parties or under S.C. Code Ann. Sec. 14-11-60).
